What Does an Airsoft Corporate Event Include?
A corporate airsoft event typically includes a welcome briefing, equipment rental and fitting, safety training, multiple game scenarios and a closing debrief where teams can reflect on their performance. The event can be customised to last from 2 hours to a full day depending on your group size and preferences.
All equipment — replicas, protective face masks, body armour and BBs — is provided on-site as part of the rental package. Participants only need to arrive in comfortable outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear.

Events are open to all employees from age 13. Mixed-age corporate teams work particularly well in airsoft because experience and wisdom often compensate for physical speed — the tactical element keeps the playing field level for everyone.
Flexible Group Sizes and Formats
We accommodate corporate groups of 10 to 60 people. Larger groups are divided into multiple teams for simultaneous games. We offer various event formats — department vs department, company-wide tournaments, management challenge games and combined events with other activities.
Events can be held on weekdays or weekends. Early morning slots are available for companies wanting to combine airsoft with a full-day programme. Custom branding and scenario themes can also be arranged for special events.

We recommend booking corporate events at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and allow time for any customisation. Deposits are confirmed upon booking.
